This smoothie is packed with nutrients, for a soothing and refreshing feeling and an excellent way of receiving important vitamins and minerals such as vitamins B, C, E, and folic acid. These components help protect your skin and hydrate from the inside out.

Serves 2:

2 cups Coconut water

1 medium-size Cucumber

1/2 lemon

4 spoons of fresh aloe vera gel

a little honey

1 avocado (for a creamier texture)

Cut the aloe leaves lengthwise into halves then scoop out the gel with a spoon and blend with the other ingredients. Enjoy!
