how to use

Before bathing, use a natural-bristle dry brush on dry skin with upward strokes, starting from feet and moving toward the heart. This stimulates lymph flow, exfoliates and primes the skin for deeper absorption of the oil.

After bathing or showering, pat skin lightly with a towel, leaving it slightly damp. Warm a few drops of Energize Body Oil between your hands, then massage in with firm, upward motions, especially over legs, arms and abdomen.
