how to use

After showering or bathing, gently pat your skin dry, leaving it slightly damp to help lock in moisture. Damp skin will absorb the lotion more effectively.

Pump the lotion into your palm. Warm it between your hands, then massage it gently into your skin using long, circular motions. Focus especially on dry zones like elbows, knees and heels.

Give the lotion a few moments to fully absorb before dressing. For best results, apply once or twice daily - morning and/or evening - to maintain soft, hydrated skin.
